A few notes…

Hey hey everyone!  I hope you are all enjoying the conference.  I just had a few notes I wanted to share:

- For those who sent out notices to your fans, friends, & lists, I thank you!  I haven’t counted individual people, but we have over 600 comments posted to the group, and it’s only Tuesday! 

- If you’ve paid for an advertising link or to be a daily sponsor and don’t see it, email me at tee@rawsistaz.com and Cc teecroyal@yahoo.com. 

- We also added the BOOK SPOTLIGHT ad for $15, so check out the advertise page for info.

- If you’ve missed anything or just want to make sure you’ve seen all the “events”, just use the ARCHIVES link at the top of the page and view “by posts”

- View the agenda daily, to be sure you have the most current information.  There were a few last-minute additions.

- If a particular workshop or panel looks crazy (font or pictures), bear with me.  This is my first time designing a site with WordPress, and I’m finding some of the stuff won’t do what I’m telling it.  LOL.  I am on it.

- If you’re interested in freebies for conference attendees view the PRIZES.  Contact me if you’d like to donate a prize. 

- If you’re lurking, come on out and JOIN US.  (Yeah, I see the lurkers out there…lol)

- If your messages are not posting, it’s not ME deleting them.  The spam catcher is pulling them into a moderated file and I’m checking it throughout the day.

- If you emailed me and I haven’t replied yet…I didn’t get it.

Open Mic (Poetry)

For those who enjoyed the Meet & Greet, Midnight Mingle, and the Pajama Jam, we have another treat for you in the Cafe’ & Lounge, OPEN MIC, just for the poets.  We’re opening the stage for anyone who wants to join in Open Mic today (Wednesday). 

All we ask is that you only post one poem and don’t make it extremely long.

Thanks, Prayers & Kisses

I want to take this time to give thanks.  For the RAW Members, you all know how trying it’s been for me with a six-year-old & new baby on board. I came VERY close to cancelling this conference, but here we are thanks to God’s blessings, the power of prayer, a few girlfriends who had my back, and a hubby who took baby duty about 30 hrs this weekend. :)  

I sincerely hope each of you enjoy the conference, pick up on some invaluable information, make some new friends, buy lots of books, and realize how blessed we are to be able to converse with today’s technology!  It is amazing!

And, for anyone who may have felt slighted, who felt I didn’t respond promptly enough, who had a million questions or who were not able to make the conference when I changed the date. I’m sorry… But ummm, I’ma send Mr. Jackson over and see how y’all juggle.  <grin> 

Hopefully, it’ll all be worth it.  You will always have the support of RAWSISTAZ!

Okay…I almost forgot, we need a place where we can stop through and get a bit of noursishment and also just hang out.  <grin>  Those who have been to an offline RAW Affair know I like to have lots of space and a spread for meals.  So, let me get on it!  I’ll cook for Tuesday, someone else needs to handle the other days.  LOL. 

Stop through, grab a bite and share your recipes and other food for the soul.  :)
