To Participate
Any questions can be directed to tee@rawsistaz.com during the entire conference.
The conference is being held December 8-13, 2008 via a blog-platform, with attendees being able to post their questions or comments via the comments section. (Just scroll down on the page if necessary.)
- If you’re confused and can’t figure out where to go, just use the ARCHIVES links at the top and view the “by posts” list. (Imagine you are at a real conference…each post represents a different “activity” you can participate in.)
- If you posted a comment and don’t see it, again, go to the archives and click on the post topic. If your comment has 2 or more links in it, it automatically goes to the “moderated” box and I’ll approve it as soon as I see it.
- There is an agenda for the entire conference. Hyperlinks will be added to each activity once that item is “live” on the site and ready for participation. You can also get to any event by clicking on the TITLE of the post.
- Each day’s events will be posted at 10:00 PM EST the night before (so attendees can get a jump on viewing and asking questions) **Update: Time has been changed to 11:00 PM EST since the current day’s topics have been so active.
- Monday is the Meet & Greet, so try to stop through and introduce yourself — it will be available all week too
- There will also be a spot where you can promote yourself and your book, book club, business, etc.
- Workshops will be posts and attendees will view and ask questions; the presenter will follow-up
- For the panel discussions, introductons will be made and panelists will answer questions
- For some of the spotlights, participants will stop through for Q & A, others will be set up simply as showcases
- For the book discussions, anyone can stop in and join the discussions
- There’s a general forum too, where industry discussions will take place.
