PROMO, ADS & SPONSOR
INFORMATION
Thank you for helping us celebrate 10 years of service to
the literary community. We know that not everyone can attend the event because of
various reasons, but there are many opportunities to show your support and get a few extra
eyes on your book or company. If interested in being a sponsor of our event CONTACT US for more
information.
We are requesting promotional items from authors,
publishing companies, literary organizations, book clubs, etc., to share with our
attendees. Feel free to contribute postcards, flyers, book excepts, or
informational booklets, and we'll include them in our gift bags at no charge.
This is a great opportunity to promote yourself, as well as your chance to give back to
RAWSISTAZ. 10 years of free services and support of Black books and authors
shows our commitment to the literary world!
In addition, there will be contests and giveaways,
so we'd also love to receive autographed copies of your books or special gift baskets, so
feel free to send those too.
All items should be mailed between August 31st and September 27th
to the address below. Please ensure your return address includes your
name or company name and an email address is included in the package so we can
contact you.

Souvenir Ad Booklet
The souvenir ad booklet will feature book clubs,
organizations, authors, and the literary community and will be a resource for both readers
and writers. In addition to having it available to event attendees, we will also
feature it on our website after the event ends, and run it at least until the next event
starts. Please note all deadlines!

Full page ads - $100
1/2 page ads - $60
**All full
page ads will receive free top shelf, sidebar OR other ads on the RAWSISTAZ site and will
be assigned as space/spots are available, at our discretion**
Ads should be in
pdf, tif, psd, jpg, or gif formats (300 dpi/high resolution).
Ads must be received by September
24, 2010.

Silent Auction
The last Silent Auction was a huge success and we will
hold one for this year's event, either online or at the actual event. If you would
like to donate an item, contact us. Be advised that items do not have to fall
in the literary realm. So, if you have something you'd like to contribute, we'd love
to hear from you.
